Join us for a Live Webinar on emotional resilience and the weight women carry.
In a world that never switches off, the pressure to perform, perfect and persist can quietly erode our inner steadiness. This May, in honour of Mental Health Awareness Month, HER invites you to pause and reconnect with your mental wellbeing.
Join Tanya Dharamshi from The LightHouse Arabia and Seda Sirin for an honest and grounding conversation on what it truly means to build resilience not as a superpower, but as a daily practice.
Together, we'll explore how to navigate the emotional load of modern life, untangle the grip of stress and perfectionism and discover practical tools for recovery, boundaries, and self-compassion in a hyperconnected world.
Because a resilient mind isn't one that never breaks but one that knows how to heal.
