Sandra Mikhail is an internationally recognised dietitian, author, and founder of Nutrition A-Z. With degrees from Monash University and ETH Zurich, plus a Sports Nutrition Diploma from the IOC, she has worked across Australia, the UAE, and Switzerland in clinical practice, consulting, and corporate health. Specialising in digestive disease, sports nutrition, and eating disorders, Sandra has collaborated with brands like FC Zurich, She’s Mercedes, Johnson & Johnson, and Adobe.
A mental health advocate, her expertise on stress and nutrition has been featured on CNN and Thrive Global. She is also the author of The Gut Chronicles and co-host of The Gastroenterologist and His Daughter podcast.
Seda Sirin
CEO
Seda is an entrepreneur, brand communication expert, and moderator with a career built in branding and advertising.
Before launching her own ventures, she managed national and global pharmaceutical key accounts at top network agencies, working with some of the world’s most renowned brands. Holding a Master of Arts, she later founded Network Studio, a creative hub for experience formats and connecting like-minded professionals. She is the founder of Comedy Clubhouse Zurich, where she hosts multilingual comedy shows and is the co-founder and CEO of HER.
As a dynamic moderator, she steers discussions that challenge perspectives and drive meaningful engagement.
