    HER Ambassador – Prof. Dr. med. Bettina von Seefried

    Prof. Dr. Bettina von Seefried is one of Switzerland’s leading voices in women’s health. She founded GynHealth, the country’s largest private network of OB/GYN clinics, and later launched GynXtra, an innovative online menopause clinic breaking taboos with expert care.

    A mother of three, Bettina practices in Zurich’s top hospitals and lectures at the University of Nicosia. In 2023, she completed the prestigious INSEAD International Directors Programme to further her leadership.

    She also co-leads a women’s health NGO in Tanzania, bringing care to underserved communities.

    We’re proud to have Bettina as a HER Ambassador, championing science-driven, soul-centered health for women worldwide.

    Lorenz Leuthold holds a Master of Science in Movement Science from ETH Zürich and leads the Training & Diagnostics Lab in Zürich. With deep expertise in sports physiology, performance diagnostics, and strength training, he combines scientific rigour with a genuinely personalised approach to body composition and athletic performance.

    His practice works at the intersection of evidence-based diagnostics and real-world training – making complex data actionable for every individual, regardless of age or fitness level.
