Sandra Mikhail

Sandra Mikhail is a globally recognised dietitian, author and co-founder & CCO of HER, where she brings the clinical depth that anchors HER’s mission to transform women's health. With degrees from Monash University, ETH Zurich and the International Olympic Committee, she specialises in female digestive health, eating disorders, sports nutrition and corporate wellness. Her mission is to challenge the status quo and ensure women receive the care, clarity, and respect they deserve — advocating, writing and speaking until women's health is no longer treated as an afterthought. Sandra's workshops and articles on stress and nutrition have gained international attention: she was personally invited by Arianna Huffington to contribute to Thrive Global and has appeared on CNN to discuss nutrition and stress in the workplace. She is the author of The Gut Chronicles and co-hosts the podcast The Gastroenterologist and His Daughter.

Seda Sirin
CEO

Seda is an entrepreneur, brand communication expert, and moderator with a career built in branding and advertising.

Before launching her own ventures, she managed national and global pharmaceutical key accounts at top network agencies such as FCB and TBWA, working with some of the world’s most renowned brands. Holding a Master of Arts, she later founded Network Studio, a creative hub for experience formats and connecting like-minded professionals. She is the founder of Comedy Clubhouse Zurich, where she hosts multilingual comedy shows and is the co-founder and CEO of HER. 

As a dynamic moderator, she steers discussions that challenge perspectives and drive meaningful engagement.
